The Augustinian community is delighted to welcome you to its website here at St. Augustine’s church situated in the lovely town of Dungarvan, County Waterford. As you can see from our history, we Augustinians have been living and ministering in this scenic part of Ireland for a very long time. With your continuing prayers and support, we shall continue to be an integral part of the wider community for a long time to come. We sincerely hope that what you read here will be both useful and informative. We look forward to welcoming you in person to our Friary church at some time in the future. But for now, we leave you with this prayer from our patron, Saint Augustine: “Lord, guard us from all danger and carry us to Yourself.
